The residential quarter “Metų laikai” (Seasons of the Year), managed by the real estate development company “EIKA Development” in the Visoriai neighborhood of the capital, became the first project in the company’s history to be awarded the international BREEAM certificate.
The project was awarded an “Excellent” rating in the occupied buildings category, one of the highest levels of this certification system.
The certificate was awarded to the first phase of the project “Seasons”, which consists of 3 buildings with 115 apartments and 7 commercial premises, at Visorių St. 27, Vilnius.

For buyers, this means not only lower energy bills and a healthier living environment, but also a long-term perspective of preserving the value of their property – BREEAM certified homes retain a higher value on the market and are more attractive to future buyers and tenants,” says Tomas Žiaugra, Director of the Development Department at EIKA Development.
Currently, the second phase of the project is being completed in the Metų laikai quarter and construction of the third phase is underway. By autumn 2026, a total of 13 houses with 620 apartments are planned to be built in the territory over four phases of project development.
