A new building of Santara Clinics, dedicated to the treatment of infectious diseases and tuberculosis, is opening in Vilnius soon. The facility is designed to ensure high hygiene, biosafety and patient isolation requirements. It is planned to have about 150 treatment places: 100 for tuberculosis patients and 50 for other infectious diseases, so the building will significantly increase the availability of services and improve treatment conditions.
The project was implemented by UAB “EIKA Construction” (formerly – UAB “Eikos statyba”), which performed general contracting and construction project management works. The company organized the installation of structures, the installation of engineering networks, the installation of specialized ventilation, filtration and insulation systems, and the installation of internal premises to ensure that the building meets the specifics of medical use. This project strengthened the regional healthcare infrastructure and ensured a functional, durable and sustainable public facility.
This building is another example of how a construction company in Vilnius professionally implements general contracting services for the public sector, ensuring quality and a transparent construction process. The solutions applied in the project contribute to the principles of sustainable construction and strengthen the reputation of a reliable construction company.
