Relevant for housing seekers: a free real estate conference will be held in Vilnius

EIKA Development organizes a free conference for people looking for housing in Vilnius. June 10 representatives of the economy and real estate markets will review the future of the capital’s districts, the best time to buy, investment opportunities and share practical advice at the Solo Society hotel.

According to Tomas Žiaugras, director of the development department of EIKA Development, which is organizing the conference, the idea of the event was born after seeing that people looking for housing in Vilnius are faced with a large flow of information, which often causes even more questions.

“For many of us, housing is the biggest purchase of our lives, so it is natural that we want to make the best possible decision. However, there is such an abundance of information about the real estate market that everything can only seem more confusing to buyers. Understanding the situation, we decided to hold a one-day conference where we want to clearly and concisely present the most important market insights, provide practical advice, answer questions and help make decisions,” says T. Žiaugra.

The organizers reveal that the event to be held on June 10 will be opened by the Chief Architect of the Vilnius City Municipality, Laura Kairienė, with a report on the potential of the capital’s territories, and the Chief Economist of Luminor Bank, Žygimantas Mauricas, who will replace her on the stage, will discuss the question of everyone’s concern – whether now is a good time to buy a home in Vilnius.

Representatives of EIKA Development will also give presentations at the conference – Tomas Žiaugra and Justinas Šavelskis will review the capital’s existing housing market and investment opportunities. At that time, real estate sales expert Mantas Mikočiūnas will share his insights on what it is necessary to assess when choosing between new and old construction housing.

During the event, there will also be a discussion by real estate experts, which will discuss the advantages and possible risks of different housing installation solutions. The upcoming conference will be hosted by journalist Živile Kropaitė.

EIKA Development, which currently manages as many as nine residential projects in different parts of Vilnius, will also prepare special discount offers for the participants of the event and give the first opportunity to learn about two new housing projects planned this year.

A free conference for people looking for housing in Vilnius will be held on June 10. (Wednesday), from 3:30 p.m., at St. Stefano st. 33 in the Solo Society Hotel. The expected duration of the event is about 4 hours.
