The latest survey of Spinter residents shows that the EIKA group of companies is the first choice of home buyers among real estate development companies in Vilnius, and as many as 36 percent of those surveyed would choose the projects developed by it.
Research company Spinter conducted a representative public survey on the awareness and choice of Vilnius real estate developers between October 10 and 23 of this year. The survey included 528 residents of the capital between the ages of 24 and 65.
When assessing the first spontaneous mention criterion (English. top of mind, when asked to name any real estate company), residents most often named EIKA Group (23%), followed by Hanner (22%) and Citus (5%). EIKA Group and Hanner were also clear leaders in terms of both overall spontaneous and induced awareness.
The majority of respondents (36%) indicated that, when looking to purchase a new home, they would choose EIKA Group as the number one real estate developer, followed by Hanner (33%), YIT Lietuva (11%), Darnu Group (11%) and Merko (11%).
34 percent of the capital’s residents say they consider EIKA Group to be the real estate company with the best price-quality ratio in Vilnius, 42 percent of those surveyed say that it provides and fulfills guarantees, and 37 percent emphasize that high construction quality is ensured in projects.
In terms of the image of developers, 62 percent of survey respondents emphasized the long-term experience of the EIKA group in developing housing projects, and 42 percent said they see the company as professional experts in the real estate market. Compared to last year, the positive attitude of Vilnius residents towards the company’s innovativeness in the market has increased statistically significantly.
Other companies belonging to the EIKA group also demonstrated excellent awareness results in the survey: EIKA Construction and EIKA Development, which took first place in their market categories.
In the list of the most well-known construction contracting companies, EIKA Construction, which scored 72 percent, significantly surpassed its competitors Veikmės statyba (39 percent), Naresta (32 percent) and PST (31 percent).
EIKA Development took the top spot in the real estate project and asset management market with 45 percent, ahead of SBA (42 percent), Vilnius Development Company (32 percent), Contestus (23 percent), and Newsec (23 percent).
The study was conducted by the company “Spinter Research” on October 10-23, 2025, and 528 respondents were surveyed – Vilnius residents aged 24 to 65.
