In the sixth phase of the Bajorų alėju project, which started in the Bajorų microdistrict of the capital in the autumn, over 50 percent of the apartments have already been sold in four months. In response to the rapid decision-making of home buyers and an active market, the real estate management company EIKA Development announces that it will start sales of another house half a year earlier.
The decision was determined by buyer activity
According to Tomas Žiaugra, Director of the Development Department at EIKA Development, this decision was made by assessing not only the results of a specific stage, but also the long-term dynamics of the project.
“The Vilnius market is currently particularly vibrant, so we want to provide as much choice as possible to those looking for a new home in a quiet location for themselves or for investment. We have been developing Bajoru aleias for more than a decade. During this period, a mature community has been formed, and each new stage receives an increasingly rapid decision from buyers. The current sales pace shows that buyers value not only the location, but also the continuity and reliability of the project,” says T. Žiaugra.
“Bajorų alėjos” is one of the longest-running residential projects in the northern part of Vilnius. Over the past twelve years, 13 houses have been built here and more than 450 apartments have been sold. Such consistent development ensures a unified urban vision, thoughtful infrastructure development, and sustained project value in the long term.
In the new A++ energy class building at Salaspilio g. 2, buyers will be able to choose from 53 apartments ranging from 24.72 to 86.69 sq. meters in area (from 1 to 4 rooms). Prices will start from 2,700 euros per square meter. The completion of the new phase, together with the third house, is expected in the second quarter of 2027.
Bajorai – a growing but low-intensity district
Bajorai is distinguished by one of the lower population densities in Vilnius, low-rise construction predominates, and the district is surrounded by forests and the territories of the Verkiai Regional Park. This combination is especially attractive to young families who value a safe and quieter environment.
As the population grows, infrastructure is rapidly developing in Bajorai: the Bajorai Progymnasium, which will accommodate 900 students, is being built, new nurseries, playgrounds, sports fields, courts and arenas, a shopping center on Bičiulių Street, business parks, a veterinary clinic, and Mykola Lietuvio and other important streets are being reconstructed.
