A VIP terminal with a conference center is being built at Vilnius Airport. The facility is being implemented in A+ energy efficiency class, using 3D design solutions and strict work control at an operating airport. The deadlines are short, so the supply of materials and installation processes are planned with extreme precision. The company’s strong team of engineers is being mobilized for the project.
Infectious Diseases and Tuberculosis Hospital in Santara Clinic Campus
The construction of a modern 7,669 m² treatment building is being completed, which will be equipped with specialized ventilation systems, isolated boxes and safety solutions that meet the highest standards of medical infrastructure. The company performs all general contracting works, ensuring the integration of complex engineering systems.
Urban projects in the center of Vilnius
During the implementation of the Live Square complex, intensive logistics were managed in limited spaces – four tower cranes were used, and transport movements were coordinated in real time. This experience is also applied to other projects, for example, the construction of apartment buildings on Olandų St., where the complex terrain and the only access road require precise work planning.
Parking infrastructure in the Santara Clinics territory
Within one year, three multi-storey parking lots for more than 2,000 cars were built. Modern parking, monitoring and information systems were installed, which improved the transport infrastructure of the entire medical campus.
