EIKA Academy

EIKA Academy programme is created for 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th year university students, who seek to put their knowledge into practise;
Learning at our Academy can last from a few months to a few years until graduation;
Academy members sign an indefinite contract and are paid a minimum hourly wage;
Academy members formally employed as Academics or Assistants.
Members are provided all equipment neccessary for the job.
Academy members are full-fredged team members of EIKA Group, able to try out different positions in the company.
Flexible work schedule enables Academy members to combine work with studies easily.
