A new 548 sq.m. meter terrace on the roof for business center tenants and their employees. The terrace was installed after the completion of the business center connection project, which was implemented last year in a record short time – just 12 months.
Last year, EIKA Development, which manages “Dvynius”, implemented the largest stage of expansion and renovation of the business center – between the 4th and 5th floors of buildings A and B of the building, they installed 1,400 sq. meter area connection. The total investment in the connection building amounted to about 6.8 million. euros.
The entire duration of the project implementation – from the start of construction to completion – lasted just 12 months. This is a record time for projects of this scale. The newly created spaces are leased to the largest tenant of the business center, Shift4 Payments Lithuania.
The exclusivity of the joint is also given by the fact that the construction works were carried out in a functioning business center. However, the works were organized very carefully, without disturbing the activities of the existing tenants.
The construction of the three-story bridge-like link also used advanced technologies, no concrete was used – only metal structures and wooden overlays.
The new 548 sq.m. meter area terrace – intended for the needs of the business center community. It offers a panoramic view of the city, and the space is suitable for both relaxation and meetings with colleagues, as well as community events.
An event was held on the occasion of the opening of the terrace, to which the entire community of the business center was invited. The symbolic ribbon was cut together by EIKA Group CEO Domas Dargis and Shift4 Payments Lithuania manager Tadas Vizgirda. Later, a concert by artist Justin Jarutis was organized for the community and a feast was provided.
