Having completed the construction of the building connection and renewed at the end of last year, the “EIKA Business Center” is turning a new page in history. One of the first business centers in Vilnius, located on A. Goštauto Street, presents a new modern image and will henceforth be called the “Dvyniai” business center.
The 12-story EIKA Business Center, which began development in 2003, was one of the first modern office buildings in Vilnius, becoming a symbol of the quality standard of business centers. Three years later, an identical second tower opened its doors, and between them – a 3-story building, which expanded the total area of the business center to 16 thousand sq. meters.
Last year, EIKA Development, which manages these buildings, implemented the largest business center development and renovation project to date – between the 4th and 5th floors of buildings A and B, they installed a 1,400 sq. m. connection with a roof terrace. Investments in the project amounted to over 6.8 million euros. The newly created spaces were leased to the largest tenant of the business center, Shift4 Payments Lithuania.
During the project, the lobbies of both buildings and the building’s evacuation staircases were also renovated and modernized, a free cooling system was installed, more electric vehicle charging stations and a convenient bicycle storage area were installed, an automated electricity supply management system was installed, the functionality of the BMS system was updated and expanded, the fire detection system was updated, and additional investments were made in green areas, which were significantly increased.
Now, in order to make sense of a new page in the history of a sustainably growing business center, the company is introducing a new name for the business center, “Dvyniai”, along with a modern logo and visual identity.
“The implemented changes mark a new stage in the business center’s operations and reflect our desire to invest in sustainable solutions, so we decided that it was time to update not only the building itself, but also its visual identity. This highly regarded and beloved business center has been called “Dvyniai” by our clients for many years, and from now on we will all be able to call it that officially,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development, adding that the business center is fully occupied. “All premises have been leased, which is an important indicator in the competitive business center market, confirming the quality of our project, attractive location, and the trust of tenants.”
The new image of the business center “Dvyniai” was created by the team of the creative agency “Nurautas”, which depicted two stylized buildings from a frontal perspective in the logo, and the chosen color scheme and graphic solution conveyed the idea of twins – close but individual units.
“The twins are indistinguishable, so the decision to use a repeating and architecturally symmetrical image of the building’s outline in the logo came naturally. When creating the new image, we chose a minimalist style that would emphasize the modernity, quality and sustainability of the business center,” reveals Monika Vilkaitė-Dvareckė, the head of “Nurauta”.
