Live Square business center has a new tenant: Rūta’s store will open

A new tenant will join the shopping gallery of the capital’s business center “Live Square” managed by “EIKA Development” – a branded store of the candy factory “Rūta” is planning to open its doors here in March.

The modern Live Square business center, which houses office and retail spaces, is distinguished by its strategically attractive location in the city center and infrastructure focused on convenience and high-quality services.

“The stability of tenants and their very low turnover are one of the most important distinctive features of Live Square. Businesses operating here usually create long-term partnerships and successfully develop their activities, therefore the addition of new tenants is always purposeful and well-thought-out. We are pleased that the shopping gallery will be complemented by a well-known brand in Lithuania, which will strengthen the offer of daily services and convenient shopping for the business center community and city residents,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development.

The store, which will be located in the 45 sq m premises of the Live Square business center, will be equipped according to the updated Rūta store concept. It will replace the long-standing tenant of the business center, the Benu pharmacy.

“We chose this location because of its strategically convenient location in the city center, intense pedestrian traffic and modern environment, which perfectly matches the direction of our branded stores. We believe that Live Square will allow us to conveniently reach both the business center community, city residents and guests of the capital. This will be our 7th branded store in Vilnius and 24th in Lithuania,” says Asta Kascėnienė, Marketing Manager of the Rūta brand.

The new store is scheduled to open in March.

Since 2019, the business center “Live Square” has been operating in the center of Vilnius and occupies an area of 6.4 thousand sq. m. The business center is home to the law firm “Sorainen”, the co-working center “Spaces”. The shopping gallery houses the stores of the “Biržų duonas”, “Narvesen” and “Rimi” chains, the “Vero Cafe” and “Formosa” cafes, the flower salon “Florisma”, the Swiss watch store “Ženeva”, as well as the winery “Raudonas ir baltas” and the restaurant “Pink & Yellow”.
