With the rapid growth of EIKA Group’s operations in Lithuania and foreign markets, the group is strengthening its management team. Antanas Šegžda, who has many years of management experience, has joined EIKA Group and has taken on the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). With this appointment, EIKA Group aims to further strengthen operational efficiency, internal process management and preparation for the group’s further development in international markets.
Before joining EIKA Group, A. Šegžda was one of the managers of UAB Teltonika. Since 2017, he has held the position of General Director of UAB Teltonika, and in 2020, after the formation of the Teltonika group of companies, he became the General Director of UAB Teltonika Telematics.
“Together with the Teltonika team, we have achieved truly excellent results – Teltonika Telematics has become a global market leader in the transport tracking and management products segment. I am joining the EIKA Group team as an operations manager and will strive to contribute to the development of the organization by improving processes, increasing the level of digitalization, and implementing important strategic initiatives,” says A. Šegžda.
According to him, the aspect of overlapping values was extremely important when making the decision to join the EIKA Group management team: “We are focused not only on business growth, but also on how we achieve that growth. My goal is to strengthen the culture of cooperation between departments, based on transparency, clarity and responsibility.”
A. Šegžda’s accumulated experience will significantly contribute to the efficiency of the EIKA Group’s operations, process improvement, and targeted business and team growth.
