Two more international companies will be located in the capital’s business center “FLOW”: 95 percent of the premises have already been leased

EIKA Development, which manages the capital’s business center FLOW, announces that it has signed contracts with two new tenants and has reached 95 percent occupancy. The building’s tenants have been joined by cashless payments company Nayax Europe and IT services company Architus.

It is announced that the company “Nayax Europe” has rented over 240 sq. meters of space and has already successfully moved in, while the company “Architus” has signed a contract for an office of almost 500 sq. meters, where it plans to move in from April.

“Over the past year, our team in Lithuania has grown by more than 50 percent, and we plan to double it in 2026. The new premises in the FLOW business center are an investment in the team: space for collaboration, modern infrastructure, an endurance and strength training room in the office, and a location that is easy to reach from any part of the city,” says Ross Jardine, CEO of Architus.

After signing new contracts, the capital’s business center, located at Lvivo St. 21A, which opened its doors in January 2024, celebrates its second birthday with a 5 percent vacancy rate. According to Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Asset Management Department at EIKA Development, this is a great achievement in the complex context of today’s capital’s office market.

“The Vilnius office market is currently going through difficult times, so we are very pleased with the continued decrease in vacancy at the FLOW business center and are approaching 100 percent occupancy. We are very pleased that our clients appreciate the good location, active community, and the building’s concept of creating a work-life balance for employees,” says G. Brūzgė.

The area of the A++ class business center reaches 15 thousand sq. meters, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Turkish Airlines, Eskimi, Elektrum Lietuva, Workland and others are currently located here.

The FLOW business center, which is characterized by modern and sustainable solutions, received an important recognition in 2024 – it won the award for the best commercial building in Lithuania in the competition “For Sustainable Development” organized by the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) and the Academy of Sustainable Development.
