EIKA Development starts sales of 500 new apartments in Visoriai for the project “Forest Sprint”.

Real estate project management company EIKA Development is starting to manage the construction and sales of a new project “Forest Sprint” near Visoriai Forest Park in Vilnius. By the end of 2030, the project will grow into a block of more than 500 apartments with sports infrastructure for residents. On a plot of more than 31 thousand sq. m., construction of the first five houses is currently underway, which will be completed in the third quarter of 2027. Investments in all three stages of the project will amount to more than 70 million euros.

The entire project area has an active lifestyle concept

Over the past decade, many European cities have seen a trend in urban development towards creating residential areas that not only provide housing but also promote an active, healthy and socially inclusive lifestyle. “Forest Sprint” is one of the first projects of this kind in Vilnius, integrating sports functions into the planning of the entire territory.

The project will feature a network of jogging and cycling paths, stretching around the lushly landscaped project area and courtyard, as well as drinking water stations, special surfaces with exercise markings, and outdoor sports equipment. The entire infrastructure is focused on daily, informal activity near nature, accessible as soon as you leave the house.

Vilnius residents expect quality and added value in new projects

In creating a calm, balanced aesthetics of the quarter, materials with durability and resistance to environmental influences were selected – this is one of the project priorities, in order to ensure not only aesthetic quality today, but also the durability of the buildings in the long term. In total, 10 A++ energy class houses will be built in the project area, forming a spacious inner courtyard and featuring cozy, earthy-colored facades that naturally blend in with the nearby Visoriai Forest Park.

“Vilnius has a unique advantage – dense natural massifs right next to residential areas. New projects, such as “Forest Sprint”, can integrate these resources into everyday life, as modern Scandinavian neighborhoods do. In addition, more and more Vilnius residents are looking for housing that would provide not only square meters, but also additional added value – a healthier environment, daily opportunities to move and live actively without leaving home. We are convinced that an active life surrounded by forests will be of great value to both young families and working professionals,” says Tomas Žiaugra, Director of the Development Department at EIKA Development.

In the first phase of the project, buyers are offered a choice of 180 1-4-room apartments with balconies or terraces. The area of the apartments ranges between 28 and 74 sq. m, and prices at the beginning of the project start from 2,755 euros per square meter.
