EAM ends the year by attracting another 11 million euros in additional investments


Investment management company EIKA Asset Management (EAM), part of EIKA Group – one of the leading real estate development companies in Lithuania – ends the year with a very strong result. At the end of 2025, EAM attracted an additional EUR 11 million in investments into its managed funds during its latest distribution.. 

This result confirms the consistently growing investor confidence in both the activities of the funds managed by EAM, as well as the investment strategy and managed project portfolio of recent years. 

The raised capital will be directed towards the expansion of currently developed projects and planned new acquisitions in Lithuania and abroad. This will allow for a consistent increase in the volume of assets under management and further strengthen the returns generated by the Funds. 

According to EAM Director General Andrius Uždavinis, The EAM team has been working intensively to expand EREF’s portfolio, both through acquisitions of existing properties and development of new real estate projects. The additional capital raising confirms the trust of existing and potential investors in EAM’s strategy and the team’s professionalism.

During its 10-year period of operation, EIKA Asset Management has established and managed 8 investment funds (currently 7 active funds). EAM has already successfully closed the first fund, Eika Residential Fund, which has generated an average annual return of 30% for its investors over the entire period of the fund’s operation. 

EAM has implemented more than ten significant investment projects in the Baltic States and Central Europe.  

In June 2025, the value of assets managed by EAM reached 200 million euros, and the area of ​​the managed assets was 61 thousand sq. meters. Currently, the portfolio of EAM funds includes: more than 1,000 residential apartments under development, logistics centers, office buildings and other commercial real estate.
