Real estate project management company EIKA Development and investment management company EfTEN Capital have expanded their cooperation – from now on, EIKA Development will take care of four more objects in the capital, the total area of which exceeds 33 thousand sq. meters. These are the shopping park UNA (16,300 sq. m, Dangeručio g. 1) and the business centers Evolution (6,800 sq. m, Ukmergės g. 223), Mėnulio 7 (4,200 sq. m, Mėnulio g. 7), Mėnulio 11 (5,900 sq. m, Mėnulio g. 11).
In total, EIKA Development will now administer seven commercial properties managed by EfTEN Capital in Vilnius.
