The soon-to-open capital business center “Jasinskio2” managed by “EIKA Development” has already leased more than 82 percent of the area. The latest tenant of the building is the popular bakery chain “Druska Miltai Vanduo” beloved by Vilnius residents. The new tenant will settle in 65 sq. m. premises located in the commercial part of the building.
Convenient location for business
According to Barbora Grigaliūnaitė-Kadūnienė, co-founder of the “Druska Miltai Vanduo” bakery, the “Jasinskio2” business center was chosen for the future bakery due to its convenient central city location, where the new 65 sq. meter bakery will reach a larger circle of customers.
“We chose Jasinskio2 because of its great location, conveniently accessible to both those working nearby and passers-by. This place has a lively rhythm, but at the same time allows us to create a cozy haven, so we see an opportunity here to bring together a diverse audience – from office workers in a hurry to Vilnius residents who like a slow walk in the city,” says B. Grigaliūnaitė-Kadūnienė.
The popular bakery in the capital was founded by the businesswoman together with Vilius Kadūnas nine years ago, and the bakery located in the Jasinskio2 business center will be the fourth location of Druska Miltai Vanduo in the city.
“The new bakery will become a cozy and modern space, inviting to visit at any time – from morning coffee with fresh buns to lunch and business meetings. Our visitors are people who value quality, taste and naturalness, who pay attention not only to good food, but also to a cozy environment,” adds B. Grigaliūnaitė-Kadūnienė.
The ranks of tenants are growing rapidly
The Druska Miltai Vanduo bakery becomes the seventh business to open in the soon-to-open A++ energy class Jasinskio2 business center. According to EIKA Development representatives, 82 percent of the 7,700 sq m of the building’s leased area has already been leased.
The six-story business center will also house the international tour operator Coral Travel, the law firm Ellex, the new concept restaurant The Living Room, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and a notary’s office. The investment management company EIKA Asset Management (EAM) has already moved into the premises.
“I am pleased that we are rapidly approaching zero vacancy, which shows that the location and advanced solutions of Jasinskio2 are appreciated among tenants, and thanks to businesses such as Druska Miltai Vanduo, not only those working here, but also all Vilnius residents will directly benefit. Businesses have already started moving into the premises, final works are being carried out, and soon we will fully open our doors,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development.
The new business center on J. Jasinskio Street was designed by SP Architektų grupė with accompanying architect Saulius Pamerneckis. During construction, the international sustainable building standard BREEAM was followed, therefore, the business center has been equipped with advanced irrigation, ventilation, heating and lighting systems that will ensure the highest quality for office employees and visitors.
