At today’s Lithuanian Builders’ Day celebration, sponsored by EIKA Construction and organized annually by the Lithuanian Builders’ Association (LSA), five members of our team were recognized for their exceptional professional achievements, initiative, responsibility and loyalty to the profession. These are not only personal awards, but also the result of our organizational culture, where employees’ proactivity, responsibility, diligence, trust and professionalism are visible and appreciated.

Joined EIKA Construction in 2022 as adesign project manager Construction of the Vilnius Airport Departure Terminal. Gintarė’s responsibility is to coordinate one of the country’s most important infrastructure projects, ensure the highest quality standards and reconcile the interests of different countries. The terminal was built ahead of schedule, and Gintarė’s professionalism and leadership were key factors in its success. Today, she manages the entire For the design department, where major construction projects are implemented. In her free time, Gintarė enjoys folk dances, and her colleagues appreciate her creativity, ability to build a team, and solve complex design challenges.

Joined EIKA Construction in 2021 as construction manager. Soon, he was entrusted with significant projects – the renovation of Tauros Hill and the construction of the Vilnius Airport departure terminal. Currently, Rokas is leading one of the largest projects currently underway in Lithuania – Rudininmilitary town for the first phase, which is worth 125 million euros. Rokas is distinguished by his responsible approach to work, ability to coordinate team activities and solve complex challenges in a timely and efficient manner. His energy and determination inspire his colleagues to achieve the highest results.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, Aurelijus joined EIKA Construction in 2023 for the construction of the Vilnius Airport Departure Terminal. He is currently construction site manager Rūdininin the first phase of the military town, where 19 buildings and infrastructure facilities for various purposes will be built. Aurelijus is distinguished by his ability to plan work, anticipate risks and find the most rational solutions in complex situations. His strong character, demanding of himself and the team, and many years of experience allow him to ensure the quality of work even in the most complex projects.

Since 2021, he has been leading For the HVAC department, which he himself assembled and developed. The team he led implemented complex engineering solutions – including the HVAC and water and wastewater works of the Vilnius University Science Center. Remigijus is distinguished by his many years of experience in the construction sector – having started his career as an ordinary worker, today he successfully manages the most complex projects. His perseverance, knowledge and ability to assemble a team helped create a strong, effective HVAC department.

Joined EIKA Construction in 2019 as engineering network construction works manager. Tadas has contributed to significant projects – the reconstruction of the northern apron of Kaunas Airport, the installation of the Japanese Garden in Vilnius and other large construction projects. His contribution is the accurate and timely implementation of works, ensuring quality and reliability. Tadas is also distinguished by his ability to unite the team and attention to the development of each employee.
