The business center “FLOW” managed by “EIKA Development” has signed 3 agreements. The international advertising technology company “Eskimi” will be located here, a branch of the German energy company “Siemens Energy”, and the professional association of lawyers “CEE Attorneys” is expanding its already rented premises.
According to the agreements signed in May, in the Eskimi business center, FLOW will occupy 617 sq. meters, Siemens Energy will occupy 206 sq. meters, and CEE Attorneys, which is carrying out the development, will lease an additional 206 sq. meters of premises.
Considering all the contracts already signed, the Flow business center has leased 92 percent of all its available premises. As announced in April, Turkish Airlines has already settled there and Siemens will soon move in.
“When looking for new office space in Vilnius, we prioritized not only technical needs, but also a good emotional environment in which our team would feel good. FLOW immediately attracted us with its modernity, quality, and convenient location. We appreciate the fact that the building meets high sustainability standards and provides everything a modern technology company needs, and the premises themselves will be a great fit for nurturing our company culture and community,” shares Lina Kuklytė, HR Manager at Eskimi.
Currently, the FLOW building is home to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Creditinfo Lietuva, Turicum, Baltic Amadeus, Santa Monica, Omberg Group, Umega Group, Magnetic MRO AS, CEE Attorneys, Marsh Lietuva, Elektrum Lietuva, Druskos Pasakos, Pranci, Workland, Restoranas 12 and Eskedar brands.
“The rapidly growing list of tenants shows that people have seen for themselves and are convinced that we have managed to create a building that meets the highest quality standards, which incorporates modern, stylish, economical and ergonomic solutions. Moreover, it is located in a very convenient and attractive location in the city. As the first reviews begin to spread, well-known businesses and organizations that have already earned their name attract others – this is how we create and expand our community, which brings even greater added value,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development.
The business center “FLOW” was recognized as the best commercial building in Lithuania in 2024. For sixteen years now, it has been awarded as the best commercial building in the country in the competition “For Sustainable Development” organized by the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) and the Academy of Sustainable Development and named as one of the role models for other real estate developers.
