Intensive finishing works are underway at the Jasinskio2 business center under construction near Taura Hill in Vilnius. In anticipation of the opening, the list of future tenants continues to grow, which has been supplemented by a newly signed agreement: the investment management company Eika Asset Management will settle in the business center managed by EIKA Development.
The A-class business center “Jasinskio2” in the central part of Vilnius will have an area of about 7,300 sq. m. spread over six floors. It was previously announced that the law firm “Ellex Valiūnas” will be located in this business center, as well as the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Currently, almost 70% of the commercial space has been leased.
Eika Asset Management plans to move into nearly 500 sq m of premises in September, where more than 20 jobs will be created.
“We are planning active expansion in the Central and Eastern European region, and we also intend to establish at least two new funds. By 2026, we aim to double the area of managed assets. At the same time, our team is growing, so we are looking for larger, more spacious office premises. After getting acquainted with the business center “Jasinskio 2″, we realized that it meets all our requirements – by settling here, we will be able to work in a modern office that meets the highest standards,” says Andrius Uždavinys, CEO of “Eika Asset Management”.
According to him, this is extremely important when thinking about the company’s employees: “We want to ensure the best working conditions for them, because we understand very well that employees are the essence of our company.”
“Final work is currently underway, and tenants will start moving in this summer. We can’t wait for them to appreciate all the advantages of working in an office that is not only located in a very convenient location in the city, but also meets the highest quality standards,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development.
“Jasinskio2” is installing advanced irrigation, ventilation, heating and lighting systems, it will comply with the international sustainable building standard BREEAM and aims to obtain the “BREEAM New Construction Excellent” rating. The modern business center and offices will meet the A++ energy class.
