The most well-known real estate development and expansion companies in Lithuania are Hanner, EIKA, Citus, Realco, Darnu Group, according to a study conducted by Spinter on behalf of the EIKA group. If given a choice, most people would choose to buy a home from EIKA.
“EIKA” and “Hanner” are clear leaders in terms of both overall spontaneous awareness and first mention. The “Spinter” study showed that overall spontaneous mentions of “EIKA” are more common among women and respondents over 44, while “Hanner” is more common among men.
The majority of respondents (38%) said that if they had to choose a real estate developer for a new construction housing project, their first choice would be EIKA. Their second choice would be Hanner (37%), followed by YIT Lietuva (14%), Darnu Group (12%), and Merko (11%).
When assessing the image of real estate development companies, the majority of Vilnius residents surveyed (35%) said that EIKA is the company that offers the best price-quality ratio. 63% described EIKA as having many years of experience in developing housing projects, 44% as having professional real estate market experts, 43% as reliable, providing and fulfilling guarantees, and 39% as ensuring high construction quality.
EIKA, together with Hanner and Darnu Group, are seen as the companies that are most distinguished on the market for their social responsibility, innovative, non-standard solutions.
Compared to the results of 2023, it is clear that the image of the company “EIKA” is improving. There has been a statistically significant increase in how Vilnius residents assess its long-term experience, reliability, price-quality ratio, social responsibility and innovation in the market.

When assessing the awareness of construction contracting companies, the clear leader was “EIKOS statyba”, which was known by 72 percent of respondents. In second place were “Veikmės statyba” (39 percent), PST (35 percent), “Naresta” (34 percent), “Jungtiniai projektai” (24 percent).
The study was conducted by the company “Spinter Research” on October 4-17, 2024, and 523 respondents were surveyed, that is, residents of Vilnius between the ages of 24 and 65.
