Real estate development company EIKA has been operating since March of this year 13th becomes “EIKA Group”, “EIKOS statyba” belonging to this group is renamed “EIKA Construction”. The group also introduces two new brands “EIKA Homes” and “EIKA Commercial”.
Domas Dargis, CEO of EIKA Group, says that the new brand reflects the changes that have occurred in the group’s companies, a wide range of activities, modern solutions, and at the same time dictates the direction for the future.
“For a long time, EIKA has been known in Lithuania as a developer of quality residential real estate, introducing the market to many innovations, from cottage development to the so-called co-living (Lithuanian communal housing) life model. EIKA Group has grown significantly both in terms of the spectrum of activities and in terms of geography. The group is rapidly expanding its activities abroad, already working with Poland, Slovakia, Latvia and setting itself the goal of becoming the leading real estate group in Central and Eastern Europe,” he explains.
According to D. Dargys, as one of the largest real estate company groups in the Baltic States, EIKA Group is much more than what customers and the public see.
EIKA Group’s areas of activity include real estate, construction, fund management, accommodation services, infrastructure projects and technologies.
“Regardless of which group company we are talking about, our common goal and the ultimate result of our activities is a prosperous city,” says D. Dargis.
The fact that EIKA Group companies are partners in the city’s prosperity will also be emphasized in the group’s updated positioning. EIKA Group rebranding (rebranding) Synthesis Consulting and Andstudio became partners.
The group of companies includes the real estate project management company EIKA Development, whose activities include all real estate services and products. The company develops the brands EIKA Commercial, for commercial property leasing, and EIKA Homes, for apartment sales.
EIKA Group also owns the construction company EIKA Construction and the investment fund management company EIKA Asset Management.
The group implements projects such as the accommodation services provided by Hilton Garden Inn and Solo Society City House Vilnius, infrastructure projects in the Šiauliai and Kėdainiai free economic zones, the infrastructure of the Šiauliai military town, and the group develops technological real estate solutions such as Hooston and REMP.
