The further away you go, the fewer vacant plots there are. It is increasingly common to transform existing territories that no longer meet today’s needs. Therefore, we are constantly combing the city in order to identify places whose value can be significantly increased, – says M. Žibūda. – We have repeatedly offered clients to purchase plots or buildings that were not even for sale. And we help plot owners discover the value of their real estate, for example, we offer a manufacturing company to sell buildings in an expensive area and settle more conveniently outside the city, or for owners of several small plots to merge and thus achieve a much higher value, when “two plus two equals five.”
