Šiaulių bankas has provided a EUR 7.4 million loan for the development of the apartment building project “Saulės namai” in Pilaitė, Vilnius, managed by EIKA Development. It is predicted that the apartments in the new, modern apartment buildings in one of the most popular areas among Vilnius settlers will attract great interest.

“Saulės namai” is not the first “EIKA” project in Pilaitė. The success of previous projects shows that Vilnius residents believe in the prospects of this area and value high quality. Together with “EIKA” we can raise public awareness of what modern, high-quality, efficient housing in a comfortable and cozy environment should be like, says Kęstutis Grinius, Director of Business Clients in the Vilnius Region of Šiaulių Bankas.
In total, a total of 13 million euros are planned to be invested in the project “Saulės namai”. Two A++ energy class houses will be built on 32 and 46 are plots on Pilkalnio Street, in which a total of 116 apartments will be designed. Future settlers will be able to choose apartments of various sizes that meet their personal or family needs. The project provides for apartments with an area of from 26 to 81 sq. m., with private terraces on the lower and upper floors.
Construction is planned to be completed in less than a year – in the first quarter of 2025.

According to him, life in “Saulės namai” will be peaceful and comfortable: “Communities are rapidly being established in Pilaitė, there are schools, kindergartens and shopping centers right next to the houses. There is also plenty of nature – residents of “Saulės namai” will reach Gelūžė Lake in just 10 minutes on foot, and they will easily find quiet places for walks. At the same time, they will be able to use all the amenities of Pilaitė’s infrastructure and necessary services right next to their homes. It is not surprising that this area is one of the most frequent choices of settlers.”
