EIKA Development, part of the EIKA group, begins construction and sales of the second phase of the residential project “Seasons”. The project, located in Visoriai, was one of the most popular choices among middle-class housing buyers in 2023 and the first quarter of 2024 – currently a total of 76 apartments and 4 commercial premises have been sold. The planned investment amount for the second phase exceeds 21 million. EUR. It is planned that construction works will be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
During the second phase, three A++ energy class houses will be built, with a total of 167 apartments and 5 commercial premises. Future customers will be able to choose from 20-99 sq. m. of living and working space. The apartments on the first floors will have private terraces, and the other floors will have balconies. The second phase includes 149 underground parking spaces, 30 of which will be for electric cars. A section of the road will be renovated next to the project under development, a traffic circle and a bicycle path will be installed, and a space for the community to gather will be created in front of the block. “Metų kaikus” is surrounded by nature and tranquility, with kindergartens, schools, medical institutions, and shopping centers right next door.
According to Tomas Žiaugra, director of the development department at EIKA Development, people’s interest in the first phase of the project has proven that buyers looking for housing believe in the development of the Visoriai district. “In the first phase, we sold out most of the apartments, so the second phase will supplement the supply of new housing on the market and invite residents to settle in the “Seasons” project. Visoriai is changing, existing industrial areas are rapidly being converted into residential projects, the infrastructure is improving every year, so it seems that those looking for housing for themselves or for investment are discovering this district more and more often,” says T. Žiaugra.
“Seasons” is a residential project in Visoriai, which the “EIKA” group is developing in such a way that the concept of home for everyone living in “Seasons” goes far beyond the walls of the apartment, so that it is comfortable and pleasant to live in the block and its surrounding environment all year round. This is a project where nature, the city and people rhythmically move forward and change with the years: they wake up in the spring, bloom in the summer, shed what is no longer needed in the fall, and settle in comfortably in the winter.
The plot of land in Vilnius, Visorių g. 27, where the “Metų kėnai” project is being developed, was acquired in the second quarter of 2021 by the “Eika Development Fund” fund managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management”. The fund’s investment portfolio includes three other projects currently under development: “New Landscapes” in Naujininkai, “Saulės namai” in Pilaitė, and a newly launched prestigious class project in the Old Town – “Senamiesčio sodai”.
