Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, March 20, 2024 – Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that as of March 20 of this year, the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange will include bonds issued by UAB “Partnerystės projektai keturi”, a project company managed by the Eika Group, to the Nasdaq Baltic Debt Securities list, intended to finance a military town where the Kunigaikštis Margiris Infantry Battalion of the “Žemaitija” Brigade will be located.
The EUR 8 million issue, which was distributed in April 2023, is intended to finance a defense infrastructure facility in Šiauliai, Lithuania. The bonds have a maturity date of April 28, 2026, with an option to redeem earlier..

The issue was subscribed by Baltic pension and investment funds, which are managed by three investment fund managers: UAB SEB Investicijų Valdymas and UAB Swedbank Investicijų Valdymas in Lithuania and CBL Asset Management IPAS in Latvia. Currently, no additional distribution stages of these bonds are planned, in which other investors could invest..
This bond issue distribution was organized by the Lithuanian branch of Luminor Bank AS. Legal advisors Cobalt Legal and Glimstedt advised on the bond issue, and the issue trustee was Intertrust Group.
