Vilnius City Municipality Administration has issued a building permit for the construction of the business center “Jasinskio 2” managed by “Eika Development”, half of the area of which has already been leased to the law firm “Ellex Valiunas”. Investments in the project will amount to more than 34 million EUR. The business center is planned to open its doors in 2025. Q2.
The new business center will be located on J. Jasinskio Street, next to Tauros Kalnas – perhaps the most famous landmark for the city’s guests and residents. It has been decided that the construction of the new A++ energy class business spaces will comply with the international sustainable building standard BREEAM and aim to obtain a BREEAM Excellent rating. The “Jasinskio 2” project plans to install advanced irrigation, ventilation, heating and lighting systems, which will ensure the highest quality for every office employee and guest.
The administrative building to be built at Jasinskio g. 2 will be 6-storey and will have a 2-storey underground car park. The lease area in the business centre will be just over 7300 sq m. m. At present, a lease agreement has already been signed with Ellex Valiunas, which will occupy the three upper floors of the building, including a terrace with a unique view of the future House of the Nation. This is the only official tenant so far and will occupy the largest area. The new office premises will accommodate 200 workplaces.
Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Asset Management Department at Eika Development, states that the A++ energy class building will uniquely blend into the cityscape and symbolize the return of an important section to business. “Historically, this has always been a significant place – the Dainavos-Pakalnės-Sierakauskos street route used to be here, which is known as one of the main roads to Vilnius.
