“It’s an extraordinary day – we are opening Flow on Vilnius’ birthday. This obliges us even more and encourages us to think not only about the buildings we are creating, but also about the city itself. What we do in Vilnius is a responsibility, an obligation, but at the same time, pride. With this project, we experienced many firsts – for the first time we entered Konstitucijos Avenue, Vilnius’ CBD (Central Business District), we built the tallest building in the group’s history, and for the first time we created a space that meets the highest sustainability standards – BREEAM Outstanding New Construction. I believe that this project is yet another proof that we can contribute to the sustainable development of this city,” – with these words, Eika CEO Domas Dargis greeted the gathered participants of the event.

The Flow business space, which was built over two years and consists of two connected parts of the building – 15 and 20 floors – covers an area of 15 thousand sq. m. For the convenience of employees, the business center has a 3-story underground parking lot, on the 2nd floor of the building there is a salt room with music and light therapy, a massage room for body relaxation and recovery, on the 16th floor there is a landscaped terrace with work and relaxation areas and panoramic views of the Neris River and the Old Town of Vilnius.

The business space “Flow” was designed by “Architektūros kūrybinė grupė” with lead architect Remigijus Bimba, and the interior solutions of the project’s common spaces were taken care of by the architects and interior designers of the “NOMO” studio. The investment amounted to more than 42.5 million euros.
