Baltic Amadeus will move to a new office on Konstitucijos Ave. – located in one of the most sustainable business centers “Flow”

Baltic Amadeus, a company that develops unique IT solutions and consults on digitalization issues, will move to new premises at the beginning of next year. After concluding a long-term lease agreement with the facility manager, “Eika”, the company will be located in the Vilnius Central Business District (CBD), in the business space “Flow”.

Baltic Amadeus currently employs 235 people in its Vilnius and Kaunas branches, most of whom are concentrated in two locations in the capital – the Europa Business Center and the Visoriai Information Technology Park. Implementing the vision to bring together specialists from different fields to work in one space and ensure a culture of collaboration, at the end of May the company completed a lease transaction for 1,350 sq m of space on the fifteenth and sixteenth floors of Flow with a terrace.

“We made the decision to move to a new office while looking for a space that would comfortably accommodate all employees working in the capital. Although we apply a hybrid work model codenamed “11:1” in the organization, when employees work from wherever they want for 11 weeks and spend 1 week at their regular workplace, at least 30% of all employees work in the offices every day. Therefore, the most important goal of the new office is to have colleagues working in different fields in one place. We work in project teams, so one office space will ensure both the convenience of employees and foster our “EnjoyIT” philosophy and culture of collaboration. Ultimately, the decision to move to the “Flow” office on Lvivo Street was confirmed by the convenient infrastructure for both employees and our clients,” says Akvilė Kazlienė, HR Manager at Baltic Amadeus.

Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Asset Management Department at Eika, estimates that after signing the latest lease agreement, the leased office space in the Flow business space reaches 40 percent of the total area of 15 thousand sq. m. m. In total, lease agreements have been concluded with four companies, including the independent electricity supplier Elektrum Lietuva, a business management consulting company, a company operating in the air transport sector and a self-service restaurant.

“Our team expressed confidence and concluded lease agreements with companies that are interested in implementing technological solutions that meet the needs of sustainability and efficiency in their business space, a vision of a strong business community, and a prestigious location. These are companies that compete for talent and for which an office is an important component in retaining existing employees and making offers to potential colleagues,” shares G. Brūzgė.

In addition to ongoing negotiations on new deals and communication with future tenants regarding the design and installation of their offices in accordance with the signed lease agreements, intensive work is also underway at the Flow construction site. The facade elements of both 15- and 20-story buildings have been completed here. The interior installation and finishing works are currently underway.

The construction of Flow began in 2021 in Vilnius, Lvivo g. 21A. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year, and the opening is planned for early next year. The company’s investments in this business space will exceed 42.5 million euros.
