UAB “Eika”, as the project manager, is starting the sales of apartments in the second phase of the “Mėlyni vilkai” quarter, located at Skroblų g. 12. In the second phase, it is planned to build two apartment buildings and completely complete the project in Vilkpėdė. We remind you that the project is the second investment of the “Eika Residential Fund” fund managed by “Eika Asset Management”. The amount of investments planned for the second phase is 15.66 million euros, the total investment in the project reaches 27.57 million euros.
During the second phase of the project, two houses will be built, with a total of 141 apartments and 11 commercial premises. In them, future residents will be able to choose apartments from 26 sq. m to 75 sq. m in size, and businesses will be offered commercial premises on the first floor. About 95% of the apartments were sold in the first phase of the project, house maintenance work is currently being carried out, and notarial agreements are being concluded with clients. The end of construction is scheduled for 2023. IV quarter.
According to Eika Development Manager Tomas Žiaugra, the first phase of the project “Mėlyni vilkai” has attracted a lot of attention from customers. Many apartments in the project were purchased by residents of the neighborhood who wanted to improve their quality of life and move from their old home to a new one. Nearby residents appreciate the location of the project, it is quiet here, everything you might need is close or conveniently accessible, right next to the New Town, and the Old Town is also very close. Residents from other districts and those who were looking for housing for investment also chose apartments in the project. It seems that buyers, like us, trusted the location of the project, which at first glance may seem undiscovered. We hope that the second phase of the project will also attract the attention of the city’s visionaries.
The houses designed in the second phase, like in the first phase, will have the highest energy efficiency class – A++. Each apartment will have a balcony, the first floor – terraces, and residents of some upper-floor apartments will be able to enjoy panoramic views from the terraces on the roof. We will offer underground and above-ground parking spaces to customers in the second phase. The project territory will be closed, and it is planned to install children’s playgrounds, active activity spaces for teenagers and recreation areas for older people in the yard.
