Vilnius Airport Departure Terminal – a general contracting project by EIKA Construction (formerly Eikos statyba), rated as the best project of the future in Lithuania
The Vilnius Airport Departure Terminal under construction was recognized as the best project of the future of Lithuania in the competition “For Sustainable Development 2023”. This project was implemented by EIKA Construction under a general contracting contract.
The new 14.4 thousand sq. m building will become a significant stage in the development of the airport’s infrastructure. The terminal will increase the airport’s throughput – from 1200 to 2400 passengers per hour. The ground floor features modern check-in areas, baggage drop-off points, cafes designed for the convenience of passengers, airline offices and common public spaces.
