The organizational structure of UAB “Eika” is changing


As of June 1 of this year, a new position of Deputy General Director is being formed at UAB “Eika”, to which Martynas Žibūda, who has previously held the position of Director of the Development Department, has been appointed. M. Žibūda’s position is being taken over by Tomas Žiaugra, Development Project Manager.

Žibūda’s new position will exclusively include development decisions and responsibility for all real estate projects managed by the Eika Group. The Deputy CEO will be responsible for investment decisions in real estate and team formation for the entire real estate product development cycle, as well as ensuring the implementation processes, timely deadlines and quality of real estate projects.

According to Domas Dargis, CEO of Eika, this is a consistent change in implementing the goal set out in the group’s strategy – diversification of activities. “Development of NT remains our core activity, which requires exceptional attention and supervision. However, the planned strategic direction to diversify activities in terms of product, activities and markets also requires consistent attention and resources. The group invests not only in real estate, but also in hotels, coliving, investment management activities, and develops IT products that need to be prepared for launch on the market. Therefore, in addition to strategic management of the company, I will focus all my attention on these already started development activities, as well as investments in other markets,” says D. Dargis.

Žiaugra’s new director of the development department takes over all of M. Žibūda’s responsibilities – housing plot acquisitions, product development, sales strategies and pricing.
