Šiaulių Bankas has provided 6.4 million euros in financing for the construction of the first phase of the residential building “Mėlyni vilkai”, which belongs to the Eika Residential Fund managed by Eika Asset Management. In this phase, 122 apartments and commercial premises are planned to be built by the fourth quarter of 2022.
The real estate project “Blue Wolves” on Skroblų Street began to be developed in April 2021. Investments in the first phase amount to 11.9 million euros, of which 6.4 million will be financed by a loan from Šiaulių Bankas. It was granted for 2 years. As soon as sales of the first phase began, the project attracted customer interest and favorable reviews. More than 70 percent of the apartments have already been preliminarily sold in the first phase. It is planned that the total investment in the project, which is being developed in two phases, will reach 20.7 million. In the second phase of the project, it is planned to build two more apartment buildings, and their construction should begin in the first quarter of 2022.
“Šiaulių bankas is a long-standing partner that contributes to the financing of not the first project managed by “Eika”. We value this bank for its professional and effective knowledge of the real estate market and the financing model applied. The project we manage is doing well, clients are interested in it, and sales are ongoing. We are one of the first to believe in the prospects of the Vilkpedė district and bring new life to the former warehouse area – by developing the conversion project, we contribute to the sustainable development of the city,” says Martynas Žibūda, Development Director of UAB “Eika”.
“The Vilkpėdė microdistrict, by its location, is a district of Vilnius with a lot of potential, so we are happy to contribute to its development and infrastructure. We have already cooperated with the project developer many times, who is distinguished by his professionalism and the quality of the projects he develops, so we have no doubt about the success of “Mėlynų vilkų”, said Kęstutis Grinius, Director of Vilnius Region Business Clients at Šiaulių bankas.
“Blue Wolves” is a residential quarter in Vilkpėde, created for rational and visionary city dwellers, creating excellent conditions for living close to the city center, where residents can enjoy active city life near the bustling Naujamiestis, and at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet of a closed area away from the main objects of the center.
