The State Commission has recognized the two newest houses of the EIKA project “Bajorų alėjas” as suitable for use.

This summer, the state commission recognized the two newest apartment buildings of the “EIKA” project “Bajorų alėjas” as suitable for use, thus announcing that their construction was completed. Two identical apartment buildings, four-story “Beržas I” and “Beržas II”, began the second quarter of the “Bajorų alėjas” project. The new low-rise apartment buildings located at Salaspilio St. 7 and 9 have a total of 54 apartments.

The built apartments have two to three rooms, their area ranges from 47 to 61 sq. m. Ground floor apartments have terraces of 16 to 25 sq. m, all apartments have balconies. Although the buildings are only four stories high, they are equipped with elevators, and all apartments have a recuperation system. Each house has an individual economical boiler room. The buildings are designed for A+ energy efficiency class.

In total, the second quarter of “Bajorų aleļi” will be developed in four stages, during which about 350 apartments will be built; the planned investment amount reaches 21 million euros. All four stages are planned to be completed by mid-2025. The axis of the architectural concept of the quarter is the preserved greenery, into which the buildings are organically integrated.

Currently, the construction of the second quarter, the second stage, is planned to begin. It is planned that two more four-story apartment buildings “Klevas I” and “Klevas II” will be built in the new stage. Their construction is expected to begin at the end of this year. Also, an apartment building “Vyšnia VI” is being designed in front of the first “Bajorų aleij” block. It is planned that these three buildings will allow the project to be supplemented with 131 new apartments.

In the first quarter of “Bajorų alejas”, a total of 10 apartment buildings and 153 apartments (including newly built ones) have already been built; investments exceeded 8 million euros. The buildings are of A and A+ energy classes, each equipped with an individual boiler room. The first-floor apartments have fenced and equipped terraces, the other apartments have spacious balconies. The quarter offers a lot of privacy.

It is expected that the “Bajorų aleļi” project will consist of three blocks in total. The concept of the project is associated with the idea of a botanical garden. The aim is to integrate the existing landscape, maintain and highlight existing natural elements, trees, and harmoniously combine nature and urban motifs. A stream flows in the center of the first block, and a children’s playground is integrated among birch trees. The second block is designed around an existing forest. It is planned to continue the concept in the third block.

Currently, all apartments in the project are sold or reserved. Inquiries are being accepted from those interested in the new phase.
