UAB “Didlaukio namai”, a company related to EIKA shareholders, is this week completing the acquisition of the second part of the building located at Blindžių g. 24A in Žvėrynes. This part was acquired in February after winning the auction announced by “Turto bankas”. EUR 2.86 million was paid for the 2.6 thousand sq. m. part of the administrative building.
After winning this auction, “Didlaukio namai” became the sole owner of the entire building, as the first part of the building, 1.9 thousand sq. m, was purchased from AB “Swedbank” in November 2019.
According to EIKA CEO Domas Dargis, we have developed several successful projects in Žvėrynes, currently the last project developed in this area, “Vytauto 35”, has four prestigious spaces left for business or living, therefore, evaluating our diverse portfolio of both commercial and residential offer, we sought to supplement our offer portfolio with the object in Žvėrynes. “The acquired property is in a safe place in terms of investment, various development scenarios are possible, from renting it to a private school or medical institution to reconstruction into an administrative building with residential premises. We are currently evaluating these scenarios,” says D. Dargis.
