UAB „EIKA Construction“ (formerly – UAB „Eikos statyba“) is implementing advanced Builder (STATREG) cards – a modern work accounting and competency assessment system that helps ensure sustainability, safety and transparency in the construction sector. This technology helps to confirm the qualifications of employees, track their experience and ensure that construction work is carried out responsibly and with high quality.
The STATREG system allows companies to better understand the strengths of their employees, and team members themselves to see their professional development. All registered construction workers have passed mandatory competency assessments, so they can perform work according to the highest safety and quality requirements.
