UAB “EIKA Construction” (formerly – UAB “Eikos statyba”) has signed a contract for the construction of a new VIP terminal with a conference center at Vilnius Airport. The project is planned as a separate building for individual passenger flows, creating a functional arrival and departure infrastructure. The total investment value is approximately 3.6 million euros.
The planned facility will feature clearly separated passenger areas, modern engineering systems, a convenient movement structure, and spaces for meetings and events in the conference center section. Such a building concept will ensure fast operational processes and high quality of services at the airport.
EIKA Construction will perform general contracting work, managing the entire construction process in accordance with international airport infrastructure standards. The applied construction project management solutions will ensure accurate deadlines, structural reliability and effective integration of technical systems. The company will contribute to the construction of public buildings and the development of airport infrastructure.
