UAB “EIKA Construction” (formerly – UAB “Eikos statyba”) has signed a contract with the Klaipėda City Municipality Administration for the construction of a new social apartment building in Klaipėda. The project is being implemented as part of the municipality’s expansion of the social housing stock and increasing the accessibility of housing for city residents.
A three-story apartment building with 18 independent living units adapted for social housing is planned. The facility is included in the municipality’s social housing development program and will contribute to strengthening the infrastructure for socially vulnerable residents.
EIKA Construction will perform general contracting work, ensuring construction process management, implementation of technical requirements and coordination of deadlines. The company, which works in the construction of various public sector buildings, applies the principles of construction project management and responsible contractor practices characteristic of sustainable construction.
The project is an important part of the development of the social infrastructure of the city of Klaipėda, and EIKA Construction’s participation strengthens the company’s reputation as a reliable construction company in Lithuania when implementing public sector projects.
