The last houses in the “Namų pynės” project, developed by the real estate development company “Eika”, are starting to go up – “Muskatas” and “Migdolas”, and sales of the last 112 apartments in the project are also starting..
The construction of the last phase of A+ class houses – “Muskatos” and “Migdola”, along with the full completion of the project, will be completed a year earlier than planned at the beginning of the project. Since the beginning of the development, the quarter has gained great popularity among Vilnius residents looking for new homes, so the entire project is expected to be completed in March 2020 and the quarter in Žirmūnai will be finally formed.
The project “Namų pynės” has designed 420 apartments, which will accommodate more than 400 families. Currently, 308 apartments have already been built, of which 88 percent have been sold. (270 apartments). The last residents have already moved into the first two tenement houses – “Saulėgrąža” and “Aguona”, and in the remaining three houses there is still an opportunity to choose a house from the existing 38 vacant apartments.
“In the “Namų pynės” project, everyone can find housing that meets their and their family’s needs – the houses are built in a convenient location near the city center, there is a green area and children’s playgrounds in the inner courtyard, and cars do not disturb the peaceful rest, since they are built in an underground parking lot, and small storage rooms are also installed next to the parking spaces for everyone’s needs. These are the advantages that, having evaluated, people decide to purchase apartments in this particular project,” says Martynas Žibūda, Director of the Development Department of “Eika”.
In the final stage of the project, two A+ class houses, “Muskatas” and “Migdolas”, are being built, which will add 112 apartments to the market. At this stage, the company will offer a unique feature – a community-building terrace will appear on the house “Migdolas”, which will be available to people purchasing apartments in this house. The 150 sq. m. terrace will feature community-building grill and leisure areas. Residents will be able to enjoy grilled dishes in the company of friendly neighbors, and relax in the leisure area and admire the city panorama and the view of Gediminas Castle, surrounded by well-groomed greenery.
“Eika” began developing the “Namų pynė” settlement in 2016, in the first stage of the project development, 2 apartment buildings with 138 apartments were built. During the second stage, 2 apartment buildings “Ajeras” and “Linas” were also completed, adding 122 apartments to the housing supply. In the third stage, 1 apartment building “Aviža” with 69 apartments was built. Total investments in the 1.3-hectare “Namų pynė” settlement amount to approximately 24 million euros.
