The furniture and interior shopping center on Baltijos Avenue in Klaipėda welcomes spring with a new name “Smiltė” and a renewed assortment. The shopping center, which has been operating since 2008 and is managed by EIKA, is focused on furniture and home interior, and over the last six months has attracted new tenants – “Vesida”, “Sadiva”, “Juravita”, “Sistemax”, “Aileksa” and “Steel deal”. Currently, the assortment of old tenants and renewed tenants in the shopping center occupies about 80 percent. of the 4700 sq.m. area, but within a few months it is planned that the shopping center “Smiltė” will be leased to the maximum.
