Telia Lietuva, AB (hereinafter referred to as “Telia Lietuva” or the Company) sold 100 percent of its shares in its subsidiary UAB “Verslo investicijos” to UAB “Netfundus”.
UAB “Verslo investicijos” is developing a project in Vilnius, Lvovo st. 21A..
UAB Netfundus belongs to UAB Vilnius Property Investment, a company controlled by the shareholders of the real estate development and construction group Eika.
“We focus all our business attention on the quality of telecommunications and IT services and creating the best digital experience for customers. In recent years, we have consistently followed this strategy and abandoned activities not related to direct business,” says Dan Strömberg, CEO of Telia Lietuva.
