As the construction of the project “Antakalnio panorama”, located on Smėlio g., is gaining momentum, EIKA is starting apartment sales. “Antakalnio panorama” is a residential apartment building consisting of two 5- and 7-story buildings with 58 apartments, the total area of the building is 3200 sq. m. Residents will be able to move in at the end of 2019.
“Antakalnio Panorama” is being developed in the greenest district of Vilnius, surrounded by noble palaces. The project is located next to the Old Town and is intended for those who appreciate the city’s culture and lifestyle. “It is symbolic that with our project we continue the city’s initiative to revive one of the most popular districts of Vilnius. Great attention will be paid to landscaping in the project area: next to the house, as is customary for Antakalnio, we will establish a green square, and in the cozy inner courtyard there will be a playground for children. The aim will be for the new project to blend harmoniously into the environment, and the created green spaces will become a favorite resting place for the project’s settlers and Antakalnio residents,” says EIKA Development Manager Martynas Žibūda, describing the project’s contribution to creating the district’s value.
Buyers will be offered fifty-eight apartments of 15 different layouts: from 27 sq. m studios to apartments exceeding 100 sq. m on the upper floors of the building. These apartments will also have terraces from which the magnificent panoramas of Antakalnis open – the roofs of churches, Gediminas Castle and the nearby Swiss Forest open. The prices of the apartments offered in the project start from slightly less than 2 thousand EUR per m2, and the price of exclusive apartments on the upper floors of the building will reach 3 thousand EUR per m2.
For the convenience of residents, a large underground parking lot will be installed. Almost every apartment in the project will have a balcony or terrace. The apartments will be equipped with display windows that will allow you to admire the panoramas of Vilnius, and a ventilation system that ensures a good microclimate inside the premises. A children’s playground will be installed in the courtyard. The development of the project will also improve the city’s infrastructure: an additional one-way traffic lane with short-term parking spaces will be installed on Antakalnio Street, where parents will be able to safely drop off their children after bringing them to school in the morning; for the convenience of residents of neighboring houses, additional shared parking spaces will be installed on Smėlio Street.
The total investment in the project amounts to EUR 6.5 million. The project is being developed by the EIKA Residential Fund, an investment management company belonging to the EIKA group of companies, Eika Asset Management (EAM), together with partners UAB Julivera. The investors have agreed to entrust the construction management and apartment sales to UAB Eika.
