The apartment building complex in the project “135” on Žalgirio Street was recognized as suitable for use by the state commission in October 2017, thus announcing that the construction of the apartment building complex was completed. The name of the project denotes an active and rapidly developing area of Vilnius, whose residents enjoy all the advantages of living near the city center. “135” is balanced for the energetic, active and sociable resident of the capital.
The project is distinguished by the fact that residential buildings were built next to the business center, but the residents retained a sense of privacy. A total of 3 houses with 124 apartments of various sizes were built. The latter, together with the business center, form a private inner courtyard for residents. The courtyard is landscaped with perennial plants that grow on vertical wooden fences and create separate small spaces, providing residents with coziness and privacy. A book sharing house in the courtyard helps to foster the community spirit of residents.
The company “Eika” invested 16.6 million euros in the new business center “135” and apartment building complex. The development of the entire complex began in July 2015. There are still 13 apartments left unsold in the project.
