The second house of the second phase, “Linas”, will begin construction in the “Namų pynės” project on Tuskulėnai Street, and sales of the new house will begin with the start of construction work..
The fourth building in the project is the nine-story apartment building “Linas”, which has 69 apartments designed – 17 one-room apartments, 25 two- and three-room apartments, and 2 four-room apartments located on the 9th floor with balconies and terraces.
The construction of the first two houses in the “Namų pynės” project – “Saulėgrąža” and “Aguona” – has already been completed, and the first residents are already moving into these houses.
It is planned that the construction of the second phase of the houses – “Ajero” and “Lino”, along with the underground parking lot, will be completed in August next year.
“Namų pynės” is a new settlement in the capital, on Tuskulėnų Street, woven from seven energy class A apartment buildings, in a special place in Vilnius that smells of bread. The oldest bakery, which has been taking care of families for 130 years, is giving way to a new, cozy home tradition.
