The international capital and financial markets publication Euromoney recognized EIKA as the best residential development company in Lithuania in 2017 at the international real estate (RT) awards, as in the previous year, and maintained its second position as the best real estate developer in the country..
EIKA has been recognized for the 9th time out of 13 Euromoney awards, which are presented by summarizing the opinions of international real estate development and construction companies, consulting firms, financial institutions and investors.
This year, a total of 2,462 participants from different countries around the world competed for the title of the best, submitting their assessments between March 3 and May 8.
According to Euromoney, UAB Eika was recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007, the best residential development company in Lithuania in 2016, 2010 and 2008, and the best mixed-use project development company in Lithuania in 2009.
