The Bank of Lithuania approved the rules of the fund established by EIKA Asset Management

In March 2017, the Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania approved the rules of the closed-end real estate investment fund “EIKA Residential Fund” established by “Eika Asset Management” (EAM) for informed investors.

This is the first real estate fund established by EAM this year. The fund will invest in the development of residential real estate projects.

The Bank of Lithuania issued a permit for the operation of the collective investment undertaking management company UAB Eika Asset Management in July 2016. The company’s activities include establishing funds that will provide informed investors with the opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of Vilnius and other cities by creating sustainable and long-term value residential projects, while investments entrusted to real estate market professionals will earn real estate developers a return.
