Yesterday, March 16, UAB “Eikos Statyba” and Public Enterprise “Oro navigacija” signed a works contract, under which a new regional air traffic control center will be built in Vilnius.
“EIKOS statyba” will act as the general contractor – it will be responsible for construction works from the foundations to the handover of the facility. The building complex will consist of more than 6,000 sq. m. of area. The construction work of the new building will be carried out in three stages: first, the engineering building will be built, then – the regional air traffic control center building, and finally – the company’s administrative building. The air traffic control center will be built within 12 months.
Scope of work – transaction value: EUR 11.4 million including VAT.
