Culinary studio ČIOP ČIOP is expanding and will open its doors at the beginning of winter in the new business center “135”, on Žalgirio street. The city’s residents and guests will be offered more than 300 sq. m of exclusive urban space with a roof terrace for grilling training, a herb wall, an “open kitchen” style open-air restaurant and even a film studio.
ČIOP ČIOP has been appreciated for many years for its unique concept – culinary entertainment, unexpected party solutions and a restaurant – in one informal environment. ČIOP ČIOP offers various services: kitchen parties with an open chef cooking session, exclusive dinners, organization of private events, non-traditional holiday and catering solutions, organization of creative weddings, one-day restaurants and other culinary projects.
“In the new culinary studio in the 135 business center, we will introduce a novelty – an open professional kitchen and an interactive bar with a production hall, where guests will be able to watch professional chefs’ production shows, participate in training, watch bartenders’ performances and tastings. The studio will also have a VIP hall for private events, a large conference space with a stage, an outdoor terrace with grills and a city garden on the roof of the building. In addition, people working in the 135 business center and nearby will be able to enjoy the exclusive ČIOP ČIOP “Event studio” lunch on weekdays,” says Urtė Mikelevičiūtė, head of the ČIOP ČIOP culinary studio.
EIKA, the developer of the business center “135”, which is currently taking care of the equipment of the premises, says that it had a difficult task – to harmonize the functions of such an innovative and unconventional tenant as ČIOP ČIOP and to properly adapt the available spaces to its service concept. “The new ČIOP ČIOP studio will smell of fresh spices – we plan to install a green wall of herbs here, so fresh, freshly picked herbs will be added to the dishes.” – says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department of EIKA L. ep.
“For those thirsty for fresh air and nature, we have another news – imitation grass in the ČIOP ČIOP premises and a wonderful roof terrace for events and meetings with an impressive view, a garden and an open grill. Additionally, four conference halls of the business center “135” of different styles and sizes have been adapted for events, which are perfect for business meetings, presentations, group activities and conferences. We hope that the business center “135” together with ČIOP ČIOP will become a new center of attraction for Vilnius residents and city guests.” – says an EIKA representative.
ČIOP ČIOP culinary studios are already located in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. It is planned that the new ČIOP ČIOP “Event studio” in the business center “135” will accommodate up to 200 people and will open its doors in December of this year.
