The international capital and financial markets publication Euromoney recognized Eika as the best residential development company and the best mixed-use project development company in Lithuania in the 2016 International Real Estate (RT) Awards.
The prestigious Euromoney Awards, now in their twelfth year, were presented by a panel of international property developers, construction companies, consultants, financial institutions and investors. The results of the survey were based on the evaluation of all participants – respondents were asked to nominate the companies participating in the competition that they considered to be the best – taking first, second and third place in each of the categories in their country.
“International Euromoney awards are usually given to companies that not only know how to work quickly and efficiently, successfully respond to market changes, and introduce innovations, but are also well-regarded by other representatives of the same market, partners, and competitors. We are pleased that our efforts and achievements were noticed in two categories – residential and mixed-use project development,” says Martynas Žibūda, Development Director of UAB Eika.
This year, a total of 2,169 participants from different countries around the world competed for the title of the best, submitting their assessments from March 4 to May 9. The international Euromoney awards are attracting more and more attention from business representatives – since 2015, the total number of participants has increased by 23.7 percent.
According to Euromoney, UAB Eika was recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007, the best residential development company in Lithuania in 2010 and 2008 and the best mixed-use project development company in Lithuania in 2009.
