Nine-story building “C7-1” in Pilaitė recognized as suitable for use by state commission

The Eika Group of Companies continues the development of new residential buildings in Pilaitė, M. Mažvydo Street – the apartment building “C7-1” has been recognized as suitable for use by the state commission. Currently, two more apartment buildings of identical layout are being built in the block, which will complete the construction phase of the “C7” houses.

 

The “C7” block will consist of a total of 3 identically designed nine-story houses, where buyers are invited to purchase 1-3-room apartments with balconies. “When designing residential blocks, we try to take into account the residents’ desire to have a spacious, enclosed green yard where they can spend time with their family. We are beautifying the surroundings of the apartment buildings with various perennial plants, and we plan to install children’s playgrounds and volleyball courts in the yard,” says Martynas Žibūda, Development Director of “Eika”. For the convenience of residents, a parking lot will be built next to the houses.

 

Pilaitė is becoming an increasingly attractive neighborhood for people looking for a new home. “Pilaitė has a well-developed infrastructure, companies providing various services are located, and a friendly community has formed,” says M. Žibūda.

 

The development of Eika residential buildings in Pilaitė will be continued by a new quarter on Karaliaučiaus St. – in June, the company purchased a 2.6-hectare plot, where it is planned to build more than 600 apartments, and the investment will amount to more than 30 million euros. Currently, Eika is also developing projects in Šnipiškės, Žirmūnai, Bajorai, Jeruzalė, Santariškės, Naujamiestis and Senamiestis.
