The last apartment building, Ąžuolas, of the Santariškių Namai project, which has won several awards in Lithuania and was recognized as the best residential construction project in the Baltic States, has been recognized as suitable for use by the state commission..

 

In the low-rise building “Ąžuolas”, buyers had the opportunity to purchase 1-4-room apartments of various layouts with balconies or cozy terraces on the roof. The house was distinguished by the fact that commercial premises for various businesses were designed on the first floor of the building. For the convenience of residents and tenants, an underground parking lot was installed under the building.

 

“Eika” was one of the first in Lithuania to start building low-rise apartment buildings, which formed the “Santariškių namai” settlement.
